Former Blue Streaks quarterback Tom Arth was named the 17th head coach in John Carroll football history on Wednesday afternoon.
Arth had spent the last three years as co-offensive coordinator and director of football operations for the Blue Streaks. He graduated from John Carroll in 2002 after setting 18 school records on offense. He played for the Indianapolis Colts from 2003-2005 and spent training camp with the Green Bay Packers in 2006.
